Originally built under contract as South Beach II for a Seattle-based fishing magnate, this 102' Crescent has had the pleasure of very high profile ownership.  Being the first Crescent not to be built on spec, her interior and exterior design were greatly influenced by both the owners and the design firm.  The beauty and creativity of woodworking was especially noted by leading yachting magazines.  Impressive details include an aft deck with a concealed hot tub.  After extensive Alaskan cruising, she was purchased by the highest profile businessman in South Florida.  She has been refitted to make the best use of her new subtropical home.
